Product usually ships out between 1-3 business days. You will get a notification when your order has shipped.

We dont typically refund, unless you decide you want to purchase the product in one of the stores we sell it in instead, before we ship the product out. Then a refund can be issued to the customer. Or if you accidentally order the wrong item and want to re-order to get the correct item before we ship it out. Then a refund can be issued to the customer. If a product arrives damaged to the customer, please email us at leah@hayvenbyleah.com or you can reach out to me on our social media platforms as well. Send a picture of the damaged product and I will send you a new one free of charge.
