We dont typically refund, unless you decide you want to purchase the product in one of the stores we sell it in instead, before we ship the product out. Then a refund can be issued to the customer. Or if you accidentally order the wrong item and want to re-order to get the correct item before we ship it out. Then a refund can be issued to the customer. Send a picture of the damaged product and I will send you a new one free of charge.
