We dont typically refund, unless you decide you want to purchase the product in one of the stores we sell it in instead, before we ship the product out. Then a refund can be issued to the customer. Or if you accidentally order the wrong item and want to re-order to get the correct item before we ship it out. Then a refund can be issued to the customer. Send a picture of the damaged product and I will send you a new one free of charge.

Application help

I guess I don’t know how to apply, not getting good results

1. Choose the right tool for your desired look:
- For a lighter, more natural coverage, use a kabuki brush. Swirl it gently in the powder, tap off any excess, and buff it onto your skin in circular motions.
- For a fuller, more polished coverage, use our makeup puff. Press the puff into the powder and pat it onto your skin, building the coverage as needed.

2. Check your skin prep:
- Are you using a moisturizer before applying the foundation? If so, make sure it’s fully absorbed and dry before application. Applying powder to damp or wet skin can affect how it blends.
- If you’re skipping moisturizer, we recommend applying one to create a smooth base for the powder.
