Shipping & Returns

 

Shipping Details:

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays).
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking once your order has been sent.
  • At this time, we only ship within the United States.


Returns & Exchanges:

We want you to feel confident in your purchase and love what you ordered. If for any reason you’re not fully satisfied, we accept returns on unopened and gently used products within 14 days of delivery.

To start a return:

Please email leah@hayvenbyleah.com with your order number and the reason for your return. I’ll personally guide you through the next steps.


Please note:

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method once the return is received and processed.

 

Damaged Items:

If your order arrives damaged, please email leah@hayvenbyleah.com right away with a photo of the damaged product and your order number. I will happily send you a replacement at no additional charge.
